Arrival Information
– This location should have a code previously e-mailed and texted for you to be able to get in. The lockbox will be located in a place previously disclosed in your arrival E-mail. Please make sure you have both code and box location before you leave for your location or contact us!
– Check in is at 4pm and check out is before 11am. If your schedule becomes impacted, reach out and we will see if we can cater to your situation.
– This site is equipped with all vacation necessities, inventoried and maintained, and if any extras are needed please see bellow.
– If at any point during an extended stay you need a cleaning crew to come around, let us know!

Centerral Florida, known to be one of the most bustling tourist attractions ranked at 7th most visited in the world. There are so many events and sights to see. On top of that its know for many beautiful restaurants such as the History of Chocolate Museum, Titanic Diner and more. Here are some bigger venues:

- Kitchen Wipes
- Necessities:
- A variety of teas and milk in the fridge for it.
- Coffee beans/k-cups for the coffee machine
- Spices
- If applicable, wood pieces for the firepit/grill
- Lighters for the fire pit / stove if applicable.
- Lastly: A welcome basket!
House Rules and Safety Information
-No Parties are allowed at this location or any of our hosting properties. We are located in a residential community and must abide by common courteously. If there is an infraction found, we will not retain you for any future visits.
-Accidents happen to the best of us. Should you break anything minor such as smash a glass or chip a plate of course we won’t charge (do just leave a note for the housekeeper if you can remember). If it’s a larger issue (e.g. the TV screen!) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later, and get everything ship shape in time for the next guests, so please do get in touch with Helen as soon as possible. Departure Information

Departure time is around 11am and any items accidentally left behind will be shipped back within 24 hours assuming no large postage charges. Also please leave the key back in the box you found it and the spare on the dining table.
